This luxurious three bedroom pool villa is beautifully designed and combines elements of a Thai or Balinese style to a modern home that gently clings to the private swimming pool. This new home also offers a tropical garden and a terrace. This luxury villa is arranged around the swimming pool for direct access from every room of the house. There are two buildings that comprises the main living area alongside two bedrooms, and the second building which is the third bedroom. The separate bedroom has a great roof terrace, fully equipped with a Thai Sala, perfect for relaxing the day away.

The exterior of the house is well guarded by a perimeter wall that offers a great deal of privacy and seclusion. Once inside this fortress you will see the sizeable carport that is protected by a large wooden gate. The garden is neat and tidy, and totally dominated by the private swimming pool and the surrounding wooden deck.

A few steps from the pool you will find the open-plan living space that is used as the lounge and dining room. The beautiful lounge area is decorated in light tones and sleek gypsum wood vaulted ceilings and pristine white ceramic tiled floors. The furniture includes a modern three-piece-suite, with matching wooden coffee and dining tables. The soothing ambience within this area is created by the sound of the pool, strategic lighting and various paintings and sculptures that adorn the room.

The western kitchen is equipped with built-in wooden kitchen cabinets and a stainless steel sink. There are some modern appliances such as a stovetop with a hood and a microwave. There is also a storage/maid room within the premises.

The three bedrooms all own en-suite bathrooms, double beds and built-in wardrobes. Two are situated in the main building, while the third is on the opposite side of the pool separate, from the rest. All three look directly out to the pool and offer direct access via patio double doors. The master bedroom also owns a vaulted gypsum ceiling.

This luxury house is situated at Layan, on the North-West coast of Phuket and is within close proximity to some the most untapped beaches the island has to offer. The Banyan Tree golf course of the exclusive Laguna estate is only a 10-minute drive away. Shopping facilities and Phuket International Airport are also within close proximity.
