The Master bedroom is located in a separate pavilion at the very front enjoying spectacular views of the beach and Koh Phan-Ngan.

The property boasts a luxurious interior with exposed timber ceilings, teak and sandstone flooring. To the front is a blue-tiled swimming pool set amid lawns. Featuring 22m of pristine beach frontage.

Rental rates are in USD, breakfast is included, an extra bed is available for $50 per night, a baby cot is also available. One way airport transfer is included.

The estate has night security and motion sensor infra-red cameras on all external boundaries, which are monitored 24/7. A villa manager is available to address any queries.
