This beautiful pool villa development with stunning views over Layan and the surrounding ocean, has been constructed with very high quality standards to a Thai yet contemporary style which is both practical and pleasing to the eye. From the entry courtyard, access to the villa is via a bridge over the 15 metre swimming pool. At the end of the pool is the sun deck and pool sala where you can relax out of the sun. At the side of the house is an informal dining area, surrounded by tropical landscaping. The main living area of the villa is on the upper floor where the living and dining rooms and three double bedrooms open onto a covered terrace and the plunge pool, which is ideal for smaller children. A western kitchen fitted with all modern appliances sits between the dining room and the outdoor sala, an ideal spot to enjoy a drink as the sun goes down.

The lower floor is accessible by an internal staircase. This is the recreation level of the house, with a large games room with pool table, a TV area and small kitchenette. The fourth bedroom (twin) is also on this level with attached dual entry shower room. Access to the swimming pool and garden is via the sliding doors in the study area.

All bedrooms have ensuite facilities and dressing rooms with built-in wardrobes.
