The main entrance is located on the top level which also hosts the master bedroom, and separate Thai style pavilions which comprise the kitchen, dinning room, living room office and 1 bathroom servicing the living areas. The living area has a full sound system installed.

The middle level hosts 3 guest bedrooms and the ground floor has an additional 2 bedrooms. There is outdoor staircase or an elevator to take you to the different levels. The lower level has an additional 2 guest bedrooms and the maids suite is also located on this leve.

Teak hardwood floors, and Chinese and Thai furniture can be found throughout the house, with tasteful Asian decor and a 12 seat dining table. There is access to the 30 metre long infinity pool from all the main living areas and the master suite pavilion; the pool overlooks the beach shore below. A fully fitted western kitchen is set behind the main living area and has a private library .

The master suite has glass doors leading to a private terrace and enjoys panoramic sea views, the bedroom has a walk in closet and its own living area and a designer spa bathroom complete with a rainwater shower.

There is a fitness room with a multi-station set and an exercise bicycle. The house has an emergency generator that will supply basic systems in the unlikely even of a blackout. Because of its location, it should be noted that children will need higher then normal levels of supervision.

A great location, although completely private and secluded a few minutes drive takes you to the Kamala Bay area has many upscale restaurants, local eateries nice, nice bars and spas. Kamala town has shops, grocery, pharmacy, banks within a short walk.
