An open floor plan is comprised of 4 bedrooms, a large living area, 3 bathrooms, an office, the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen appliances including a gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer and ample work space. Cupboards are made from teak wood and counters are black marble. The office is off the living room and has air conditioning; large windows look onto the fern garden.

The spacious master bedroom has fully ducted air conditioning and a ceiling fan in addition to a large walk in closet. Glass doors lead to the veranda with beautiful sea views. The ensuite bathroom has a spa, double sinks of black marble and white porcelain, and a gorgeous outdoor garden bathtub that is completely private.

The guest bedroom also enjoys sea views and has doors leading to the veranda, there is ensuite bathroom and large built in closet and sitting area.

The additional 2 bedrooms are single size and also have fully ducted air conditioning and a ceiling fan with built in closets and share an ensuite bathroom. They enjoy tropical views of the surrounding forest.

All bedrooms have solid teak floors, and the main living area has high vaulted ceilings with wood accents.

The pool measures 12m x 5m and overlooks the beach, as it is located just a few footsteps from the sand. There is a Jacuzzi, shower and attractive lighting features. The garden has grass, coconut trees, frangipani trees, tropical plants and ferns.

A large staff house separate from the main house has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, shower, toilet, kitchen lounge, washing room, ceiling fans and 1 air conditioner. Currently there is already permanent staff consisting of a husband and wife team, 1 maid who also cooks, 1 gardener who maintains the generator and pool and 1 on call boatman who is also a handyman.

Communication is not a problem as mobile phones work and can also be used for internet access, (via sim card).

Water is supplied by 2 private fresh water wells, and is stored in pressurized 5000 litre filtered storage tanks which is ample supply for the villa and garden. There are 2 septic waste water ground tanks, set below the sloping gardens far from the villa. All bathtubs, showers and sinks have solar heated hot water. Electricity is self contained from a 60 KVA generator 220v or 120v 50-60 Hz for your own power source, in a silenced generator building at back of the garden.

This house is not part of an estate or development and is privately owned and custom built. It is very suitable for someone looking for complete privacy and who can appreciate 100 feet of their own private beach. Coconut Island is home to a small Thai fishing community and is very safe and secure.

There is a small fishing village within a 10 minute walk along the beach, this is the only shop on the island and you can by Thai food and a coffee.

However, even though you are on a secluded beach the amazing thing about this property is that you about 20 minutes from all major facilities. By boat it is only 10 minutes (Approx. 500 meters to Phuket) to the Ao Por Pier and from the pier it is about 10 minutes to the British Curriculum International School, and 15 minutes to international hospitals, shopping centres, cinema, world class golf courses, tennis courses, diving, sailing and upscale bars and restaurants. Additionally the Boat Lagoon and Royal Phuket Marina are about 15 minutes away by boat. There is the floating sea food restaurants that are also easily accessible.
