How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.
About Kata
Kata Beach has to be one of the cosiest and idyllic beaches in Phuket. The beach is sheltered by tall palm trees and is great for snorkelling in the nearby coral reefs and observing the vast array of tropical marine life. This beach can get busy in the high season months over Christmas and New Year, but generally this is a nice beach to relax and unwind. There is also great surf at Kata Beach, where equipment can be hired from the shops adjoining the beach.

The condominiums are located within a low-rise development, which provides a private sanctuary to relax in and watch the world go by. From this area you can enjoy the sea-views on the sunset west coast of the island.
Once inside the property you will see the beautifully designed open-plan living space that comprises of the lounge, dining from and western standard kitchen. This area is decorated in light tones that compliment the wooden floors perfectly. The living space comes equipped with a settee, dining table and a flat-screen TV. What I really like about the lounge is you can sit back and enjoy the sea-views from the comfort of your settee.
The western kitchen is spacious and owns modern appliances that include stovetop, a microwave and a refrigerator, alongside lots of dishware and cutlery.
The two bedrooms both own en-suite bathrooms, lavish wooden floors, double beds and spacious built-in wardrobes. The bathrooms have walk in showers and ceramic tiled floors that create a clean and tidy appearance.
Alongside the above mentioned features there is also estate security and a carport available for your vehicle. The services and terms with the rental agreement include cable/satellite TV, internet and telephone connections, fresh bed linen and towels, gardener and a pool cleaner. The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
The location at Kata is one of beauty and tranquillity, which also provides many international and Thai restaurants, bars, beaches and markets. There is plenty to do in the day or night time, and the location also means you are within a 15 minute drive of Patong and its shopping centres and nightlife activities.
