The 2 Bedroom Villas comprise two-storey, two bedroom properties set within a secluded community with a shared free-form swimming pool. On the ground floor, dining and living areas open onto a Thai sala terrace and include a well-appointed kitchen. Both master bedrooms on the upper floor each have ensuite bathrooms, as well as a private sun deck.

The total land space of the villa is 229sqm, 142sqm of which covers the interior, whilst the remaining 87sqm is reserved for the patio and deck area.

The furniture list is immense and includes the following: Living area – 3-piece settee, coffee table, side units, a TV cabinet and a table lamp. Dining Room – console, a dining table and 4 chairs. Bedrooms – either a King-size or Queen-size bed, a 25” TV, mini safe, ADSL router, bed linen and telephone lines.

The modern western kitchen is also home to a vast amount of appliances and amenities that include a stovetop, grill, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a wide range of dishware and cutlery that offers everything you could possibly imagine.

The living room also offers a wide choice of amenities that include a 29” colour TV, a cordless telephone, a stereo sound system that includes a DVD player. There is also satellite television installed.

The minimum rental period for a holiday stay is 3 nights.
