Passing through the Balinese style gate, a short walk through the courtyard will lead you to the lotus pond with stepping stones that provide access to the villa. Outside, the 8.6m long private infinity pool, tiled with northern Thai hand glazed ceramics, is surrounded by a sandstone deck area with a separate pool sala and outdoor dining area. The villa has a walled garden, which is well stocked with local tropical plants and trees.

The villa boasts an open space living plan comprised of a living room, dining area and kitchen. The living areas are light and airy with direct access to the large pool deck and sala.

Floor to ceiling teak framed doors and windows allow for an abundance of natural light to flow through and create a feeling of uninterrupted space with the surrounding nature. There is cable TV installed and a sound system.

The European kitchen would satisfy even the most demanding of chefs is complete with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher.

Living room furniture is made from natural materials and is locally sourced, adding to the Asian tropical decor of this villa.

The master bedroom has a timber lined vaulted ceiling and a four poster bed. The master bathroom is quite spectacular as it has a sumptuous outside waterfall terrazzo stone bath and a naturally lit garden shower area with a private door to the pool.

The 2nd bedroom opens directly onto the pool area through sliding doors and enjoys pool views and the 3rd bedroom, which can be used as a guest annex is a separate pavilion. It is accessed via separate patio doors past the pool sala.

Added amenities include fans and ducted air conditioning in all rooms, tiled flooring and water from the villa's own well. The pool is salt water and the gardens are lush and tropical.

Included in the rental price are maid service - daily cleaning and twice weekly bed change and laundry service, gardener and pool cleaning. Additional services available upon request at extra costs include a cook, laundry and dry cleaning and airport transfers.

Tucked away amidst the serene greenery of Rawai's rubber plantation and the beauty of the tropical hillside backdrop this area provides convenient access to the white sand beaches of Nai Harn and Friendship Beach. It is easily reached from the main Rawai - Chalong road.

Located in the Nai Harn / Rawai area, you will be vacationing in one of Phuket's quieter areas and mainly residential, with a large expatriate community. Within a few minutes drive there is the beach, great restaurants, a western market, local art galleries, chic rustic coffee shops, saunas, gyms, local Thai style eateries on the beach, and just enough night life including live music.
