Located high on the hill at the south end of Patong Beach this house is nestled in a peaceful relaxed neighborhood, the villa enjoys peace and quite with absolute privacy and is built behind a 3 Meter wall with remote control security gates. There are three master bedrooms, each with magical views across Patong Bay and beyond. White space, clean lines, crisp and immaculate. The first level hosts a carport and storage area which is completely tiled and secured by a perimeter wall. Additionally the house has video surveillance.

From the carport entire I the spacious open plan living area comprised of a living room, dining room and kitchen. High quality white tiles are found in this area complementing the white walls. Floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides of the house allow for the majestic scenery and sea views to be enjoyed in addition to sea breezes.

The dining area also has sliding glass doors leading to a poolside terrace and a gorgeous lap pool awaits the those looking for some exercise or just for relaxing and enjoying the tropical weather. The pool measures 12 meters by 4 meters

The living area and dining area have high ceilings in the living area and recessed lighting as well. The kitchen area has all the modern amenities, including stainless steel appliances and a center console. Gorgeous black granite counters add a nice touch and create plenty of work space.

The house is 3 levels in total and the middle level is the main level. There are 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and the upper level is the main master bedroom with a magnificent ensutie bathroom. The master bedroom is very large and complete with built in wardrobes and a private balcony enjoying sea views. A large bath tub suits the master bathroom well also with balcony access.

Cable TV is already installed and is accessible in the master bedroom and living room, there is already a phone line therefore getting ADSL is easily possible. The house has phase 3 electricity, a laundry room, air conditioning, ceiling fans and window screens.

Cozy private Swimming Pool with a Waterfall Jacuzzi. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are completely automatic for excellent quality water and professionally serviced during your stay.

Patong is the most lively part of Phuket and enjoys the beautiful west coast beaches. There are many upscale restaurants, spas, local eateries, coffee shopa, fitness centres in addition to a brand new shopping centre complete with a western supermarket. Also there is an international selection of restaurants and an international community of expatriates. Just about anywhere in Patong is 5 minutes or less to the beach and of course there is the vibrant nightlife.
