This beautiful villa is in a unique location that offers peaceful living and panoramic ocean views as well as the fresh sea breeze from the Andaman Sea. The expansive open-plan living and dining area, decorated in cream and pink leather, has a wall of fully-retractable windows providing spectacular views. The guest ensuite bedroom and fully equipped private spa are also on this floor, in-house staff can provide massage and arrange other cosmetic services. Stairs lead down to the entertainment room, complete with 60" plasma TV, Blu-Ray DVD player and the central sound system for the house.

The master bedroom lies on the upper level of the property covering the entire top floor and is equipped with a 50 inch flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, plus a computerised mood lighting and sound system. It is opulently decorated with gold-leaf lacquered tiles and richly ornate Thai-style paintings, while a lavish crystal chandelier descends from the cathedral-style wood-lined ceiling.

Outside, features include a 25sqm infinity-edged swimming pool, stylish outdoor shower, large sala complete with curtains for additional privacy, an extensive decked area and a comfortable seating and dining section, with overhead glass canopy which enables the area to be used in all weathers. There are automated, fully-retractable overhead shades which make this into a delightfully cool relaxation spot during the sunniest days.

The extras in the villa include amongst others: full-time chef (provisions extra), full-time driver and use of a Range Rover (petrol extra), full-time maid and airport transfers. Rental of the villa for one week includes a half day boat charter, whilst a two week stay includes a full day boat charter around the beautiful Phang Nga Bay.
