How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.
About Bang Tao
This wide-open stretch of sand is one of Phuket's largest beaches. This former tin mining region has been transformed into luxurious beachside destination for tourists with its high-end properties, a world-class golf course and numerous five-star resorts. The beach itself is one of the busier on the northwest side of the island, but still relatively peaceful when compared to Patong and Karon Beaches. The Laguna Complex also shares this strip of white sand, which is an exclusive residential and beachside resort.

This Oxygen Villa has three bedrooms and a private 15 metre long swimming pool in a secluded garden. The estate has a private resort-like feel, with landscaped gardens and effortlessly chic designs. The two storey, glass fronted homes are designed to make the most of the tropical surroundings, being spacious and naturally lit.
The ground floor features a bright open plan living area with lounge, dining and kitchen. The decor is modern and minimalist, the fully equipped kitchen is finished in a high shine white. Simple artwork and Asian style accessories throughout add detail, without any clutter. There is also a gym with running and weight machines.
Sliding doors lead onto the stunning garden and pool area, which features a rain shower and sun decks surrounded by a high wall. The immaculate garden is lined with tropical plants, while the impressive swimming pool runs the entire length.
There are two double bedrooms and one twin, two of which have private balconies overlooking the pool and garden, with outdoor sitting areas. The modern Asian furniture and finishing touches are continued here, creating calm, relaxing spaces. The bathrooms have a large window adjoining the bedrooms and luxurious tubs.
Bang Tao and nearby Surin are more laid back than most of Phuket’s tourists spots, but still have more than enough restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. The villa is situated close to Bang Tao Beach, which is one of the island’s finest. The Banyan Tree Golf Club at Laguna is only a five minute drive away.

Service: An extra bed is available for THB 1,000 per night, children under 7 stay free. Breakfast is available at the villa for THB 300 per set. There is a shuttle bus to Laguna, Bang Tao and Layan beaches, Tesco supermarket and local restaurants.
Deposit: Reservations are confirmed upon payment of 50% deposit, the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation charge 30 days prior to arrival is 50%, no show charge is 100% of payment.
