The home is a U-shaped one storey 2100 sq.ft. villa with the pool in the court yard. Two master bedrooms with full bathroom face the open court yard leading to the pool.

The great living room features a 60 inch HD TV with a top of the line 15 speaker digital surround sound system and a DVD player. The villa is cosy and luxurious, feel at home with the comfortable atmosphere.

The home comes fully furnished, with satellite TV, high speed WiFi internet and a house phone. The first two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom shares a public bathroom. All the rooms have top of the line pillow top king size beds.

All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and the home is highly upgraded with Travateen and Teak Wood flooring and granite counter tops throughout. Traditional "Thai style" furnishings throughout, well water with reverse osmosis for the best tasting purified drinking water.

A 25% booking fee is required. The rental price includes a daily maid service, with towels and bed linen replaced twice weekly.
