The second and third bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are on the top level. The villa is equipped with a safety box, CD and DVD players, stereo and hair dryer. There is a laundry room with washing machine. Smoking is permitted outside.

Facilities include a large pool, flood-lit tennis court and gym, as well the clubhouse with restaurant. Kata and Kata Noi beaches are a short walk away. 30% of the total is payable upon booking, the remaining 70% is payable before arrival and a security deposit of 15% is required. Airport transfer is available at THB 1,200 one way, grocery shopping will be charged at cost plus 20% and maid service is THB 550 per day.
