How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.
About Cape Panwa
Cape Panwa on an outcrop east of Phuket Town is one of the quietest areas of the island and the water is shallow but it's certainly very scenic with views out across Chalong Bay and Lone Island. Luxury villas and condominiums line the beach but dotted in between are fishermen's huts and at the far west end of the beach there is a mangrove swamp. A unique and exclusive area of Phuket, Cape Panwa seems like a different world. Aside from the Phuket Aquarium, there is not much to do except eat, drink and relax in one of the fantastic properties.

Available in two layouts, these villas are between 260 and 300 sq.m. and have one or two bathrooms. The bedroom takes pride of place over the swimming pool, providing the best views. The living area with lounge, dining and kitchen makes for exceptional comfort and luxury. The master bathroom has a private outdoor shower and garden. An extra bed is available for THB 6,175 per night. There is a mini-bar and iPod with playlist, guests will receive a welcome drink and tropical fruit basket.
The villa has a large sun terrace and a sala for shade, ideal for enjoying the warm, sunny days and picturesque sunsets.
There is a small private beach, exclusively for guests and a larger public beach. There are swimming pools, a pool club, tennis courts, several dining options, bars and a nightclub. The spa offers a range of modern and traditional techniques and treatments, as well as yoga and Pilates classes on the floating deck overlooking the Andaman Sea.
The villa and resort provide everything for the most relaxing holiday experience, however a range of shopping venues and restaurants are only a short drive away in and around Phuket Town.
