There are two lounges, a dining room and kitchen, two guest bathrooms, a laundry room and the three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The property is guarded by security in the neighbouring resort and there is a double car port.

Outside space includes a courtyard style garden in the middle of the property and the large two tier garden at the back. Tall trees on either side of the property provide privacy from neighbours. The pool has a surrounding sun terrace and small sala, there are lawn areas to the side of the house and down to the beach. The narrow strip of sand is great for relaxing strolls or for kids to play, while the shallow water is ideal for paddling.

Bed linen, towels, maid service three times per week, cable TV, internet and pool cleaning and gardening once per week are all included in the rental price.

Shopping at Tesco Lotus and Villa Market are nearby, as well as fresh local markets. There are plenty of restaurants and family friendly activities in the area.
