How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.
About Kalim
Located just outside of Patong, Kalim benefits from all of the amenities but at a much slower pace. A small, almost always deserted beach is pleasant for early morning or evening strolls. New developments and properties reach back into the hills and enjoy fantastic mountain and sea views. High end restaurants have made Kalim a more exclusive area and a foodies delight.

On Kalim beach, just outside of Patong, this property has a spectacular location. Uninterrupted sea views over both Kalim and Patong bays are simply breathtaking. Take a few steps out of the property and you are on a deserted beach you can call your own.
Designed in the true sense of a beach house, the interior is finished in cool, calm tones. Stylish, yet comfortable guests will feel relaxed and at home. The top floor has an open living and dining room, this area and the kitchen have large windows to take in the beautiful views. The master bedroom is also on this level, while the twin bedroom is downstairs. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Guests will probably spend most of their time outdoors. A large terrace is set up for al fresco dining and relaxing. Tall palm trees sway in the sea breeze. The property has a small section of beach which creates a private sunbathing area, which then leads onto the beach and sea. Enjoy sunsets in style before heading out for drinks or dinner.
Kalim has many top class restaurants within walking distance. A little further along the road is Patong, with a wide range of shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Golf courses in Kathu further inland are also surrounded by activities suitable for the whole family.
