Situated in a secure, private estate, a stay in one of these beautiful villas is guaranteed to be peaceful and relaxing. With a swimming pool, modern Thai style design and spacious living areas the villas suit up to eight guests plus two infants.

Each villa has four bedrooms and a unique layout. The emphasis is on maximising light inside the property with floor to ceiling windows and wide glass doors. In addition the views are selected to make the most of the scenic natural surrounding. Rich wooden flooring, cathedral ceilings and Thai artwork finish the villas off beautifully.

The layout centres around the swimming pool, with rooms having views over and direct access to the pool terrace. Salas provide shaded outdoor areas for relaxing or dining. Fully equipped kitchens, dining rooms and lounges make guests feel comfortable and home. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Rawai beach is just 250m away where fresh seafood restaurants and long tail boat trips are available.

A THB 50,000 refundable security deposit is required. 50% of the rental fee is payable within 7 days of booking and the remaining 50% 30 days prior to arrival (60 days during peak season). Refund policy: 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days prior to check in. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check in. No part refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Please note: there is a 10% service charge on top on rental prices.
