This luxury villa is set right on Kata Hill tower above Kata Beach, on the southwestern coast of Phuket, one of the most idyllic beaches found on the island. With a small village atmosphere there are dozens of great restaurants and shops, ideal for relaxing with a cocktail in the evening, spending some Baht at an exclusive boutique or haggling over the price of a local product. Kata is a favorite with families and couples due to its lively atmosphere and location to the beach. There are plenty of things to do for both adults and children, including water sports, excursions, SPS’s, health & care centers, shopping, elephant trekking, golf & mini-golf and trendy pavement cafes.

The two-storey villa offers spacious and bright accommodation and a great outdoor pool area and BBQ gazebo for entertaining and relaxation.

The large open-plan living and dining room covers the full width of the front of the property and is airy and light thanks to the big windows and high ceiling which blend with the pool terrace. The living area is furnished with a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa which faces a large flat-screen TV, with DVD player below.

The dining section has a long wooden dining table with twelve comfortable chairs and is adjacent to the kitchen. This is a fully-fitted huge American-style kitchen with a long marble-topped counter and is a great spot for cocktails with friends. With ample units and equipped with an integrated oven and hob, with a wide stainless steel extractor hood above and a cabinet fridge/freezer.

Right next to the kitchen is a convenient restroom for guests and visitors.

On the same floor at the rear of the premise there is the very spacious master-bedroom with a king-size bed, large wardrobe, TV, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.

At the ground floor there are three more bedrooms. Each is furnished with a double or king-size bed, dressing area with big wardrobes and large mirror and faces a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The master bedroom also has a DVD player and a balcony. Each also has a well-appointed bathroom and glass-paneled walk-in shower.

Externally at the front of the villa there are one uncovered and one undercover parking area for two cars. To the rear is the cozy BBQ area with gazebo and seating arrangements for 12. This is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and there are deep terraces on three sides of the pool allowing ample space for the sun loungers and the six-person alfresco dining set.

The villa is well located just a few minutes’ walk from the touristic village of Kata with its wide variety of restaurants serving both Thai and international cuisine, many bars, shops and other amenities including the long sandy beach. The up-scale enclave of Kata Beach which is home to many renowned restaurants, wine bars and shops is just a 3 minute drive away whilst the exciting nightlife on offer in Patong is only a 15 minute drive to the north.
