Accommodation comprises of 6 bedrooms (with an optional 7th bedroom or maid's room), all with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king sized beds and 4 singles (bunk bed formation); and one room with a queen bed and single bunk bed above, therefore comfortably accommodating 15 people. The 7th bedroom is ideal for a maid or extra person as it has a single bed and en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, on the level you enter the villa, is the master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A second bedroom is also located upstairs, offering the queen bed with a single bunk bed above, so could be ideal for younger children who need to be closer to their parents at night.

The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have king size beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and built in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you from both bedrooms directly onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 5 also has a king size bed, and shares the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 6 next door with the bunk beds, so again ideally designed for children, or for a family wishing to all sleep closer to each other. Bedroom 7 has a single bed, again with en-suite bathroom, and is designed as a maid’s room, but can comfortably accommodate an adult guest if they do not wish to share with others.

The ground floor also boasts the unique further accommodation of a second living room, with huge comfortable sofa complete with 50” flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound and cable TV; plus a spacious games room with pool table, bar stools and tables, dart board and gym equipment, so endless space for everyone to relax and be entertained.

Returning to upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with 50" flat screen TV/DVD player (with selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, plus an iPod docking station. Moving outside, you can sit and relax or dine at the 12-seater dining table on the under-cover balcony, taking in the 180 degree open valley views across Nai Harn.

The fully fitted luxury Western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.
