When you enter through the rear door of the fully equipped underground laundry room, you will enter a stylishly decorated card/games room featuring a 10-seat felt covered card table. Should you dare walk through the next door, you will enter a state of the art, fully equipped, sound-proof night club.

Each of the four bedrooms (all king-sized with ensuite and open rainshower) offer their own particular delights. The master bedroom has great views of garden, fish pond & waterfall and a 50 inch plasma TV with Dolby sound system. The second master bedroom has a private garden with relaxing outdoor jacuzzi. The two poolside bedrooms both have a Jacuzzi bath tub for two with 16 power jets. The garden bedroom offers views of the entire garden. All include large, flat screen satellite TVs.

The 10x4.5 meter large swimming pool is great for lap swimming. It also offers a powerful submerged jacuzzi bed to loosen those tight muscles after an active day or long journey.

The beautifully landscaped garden features a large glass-bottom sala overlooking the Koi fish pond and natural rock waterfall. It is protected by a large perimeter wall, so your privacy and seclusion is ensured. There is also a home security system, so you can sleep easy.

Aside from the obvious sea-view location at Rawai, you are within a short distance to beaches, bars, restaurants, shopping facilities and a vibrant but relatively peaceful nightlife scene. Rawai is situated on Phuket’s southernmost tip, and is a favourite for local expats who enjoy a quality and peaceful lifestyle.

WHAT IS INCLUDED: You will have on call our full staff, including several maids providing cleaning and full in-house laundry and ironing service, a general house manager and grounds keeper as well as the usual mainenance services such as pool cleaning, gardeners, regular pest control and 24 hour security.

From drivers, cooks, cars, bikes, help with general information to catered parties and special events at the villa. We will do our very best and, with a little bit of advance notice, should be able to accomodate your every wish. 

This house is full service and features a 5th bedroom with maid/cook providing daily cleaning, laundry and on demand meals throughout the day.
