How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.

The main pavilion is open plan featuring high ornate timber ceilings in the lounge area. Furnished with comfort in mind, it has a magnificent lounge suite to enjoy the wide/flat screen TV, and full entertainment system with DVD player.
The master bedroom is absolutely beautiful. Facing directly toward the pool, it gives you a floating feeling. It has a separate walk-in dressing room with his-and-her facilities. This is supplemented by two self-contained twin bed rooms with their own en-suite facilities. Bedroom 2 has a unique intimate outdoor bathing facility to get you back in touch with nature as well as an indoor en-suite bathroom.
The guest villa or 4th bedroom is very well appointed with a sitting area and ensuite bathroom but fully self-contained in a separate villa, similar to a 5 star hotel room. The layout of the complete villa is designed to give you a feeling of freedom and tranquility. Every room overlooks the pool and exquisite Thai garden. Maid’s chamber and laundry room with washer/dryer are located behind the kitchen area.
If a candle lit dinner is what you have in mind the dining setting for 8–10 people and a fully appointed western kitchen are capable of producing a memorable night in paradise. Relax under the sala by the pool on luxurious teak beds, pamper yourself in the Jacuzzi or just sip a cool drink at the outdoor bar.
Holiday rental includes maid service 3 times per week, cable TV, internet, and all utilities.
