How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.
About Rawai
Situated at the southernmost tip of the island, Rawai Beach is the home of the famous sea gypsies and some of the finest seafood restaurants on the island. The surrounding ocean and islands are great for snorkeling, fishing, boat tours and diving, the beach itself is not suitable for swimming due to its being tidal. However Naiharn beach one of best on the island is within 3 km of Rawai Beach road. Rawai has many great bars and spectacular views of the outlaying islands.

The resort features 92 spacious standalone villas, strategically placed among the gently, sloping, forested land. Guests will enjoy stunning sea views and at the same time privacy.
These spacious single storey villas (182sqm) provide a master bedroom with en suite bathroom comprising sunken Jacuzzi bath and separated rain shower. The bedroom leads onto a living room overlooking the private pool. Across a terrace is a second bedroom (with twin beds), separated restroom with rain shower. In addition, the villas feature a large terrace and a generous sized 10 metre pool.
Amenities include a mini bar, IDD telephones, flat screen TV, individual DVD players, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, tea and coffee making facilities, high-speed internet, safety box, and hairdryer, bathrobes, umbrella, slippers, etc.
The resort facilities include an infinity edged pool, two restaurants and one bar, a Fitness Centre with a wide range of equipment, a kids club with activity room, indoor-outdoor playgrounds, game room and child swimming pool. There is also an onsite day spa with steam room and beauty salon.
Recreational activities include beach marine walks, rubber tapping, botanical walk, Thai boxing class, aqua aerobics, yoga classes, massage lessons, Thai cooking classes, kayaking and more.
Also at the resort are in-resort transportation with club cars, tour desk and airport limousine transfer services, a library corner with internet and computer services, shuttle buses to Nai Han Beach, Phuket Town and Patong Beach every day. Horse riding and kite boarding (seasonal) are offered from the resort’s grounds.
Located in Rawai, the resort spreads over 18 acres with 250 metre stretch of the secluded Friendship Beach. The resort enjoys stunning views across Chalong Bay to Cape Panwa, Lon and Coral Islands. The site retains much of it original charm by incorporating the mature palms, fruit and other indigenous flora into the overall design. Travelling time from the Airport is 50 minutes, Phuket town is 25 minutes, and Patong Beach is 30 minutes.
