A large television is perfect for catching up on the latest movies with friends.

The 10 seat dining room is a perfect place to host an unforgettable dinner with friends or family and the professional bar is also ideal for a get together over a nice cocktail.

The outdoor spaces offer a continuous flow of utility and delight. The impressive infinity pool, the sun loungers and the Swedish sauna all combine to ensure relaxation at its finest. The pool area has ample seating and incorporates a small reading terrace and a sauna. The inviting waters of the infinity pool offer never-ending panoramic views over the sea and spectacular sunsets. The sala offers commanding views over the Kata Bay sea and comfortable seating for 12 persons. It also features and magnificent professional BBQ and dining for 8 with an adjoining service bar. The raised sundeck is above the pool area and is accessible via the guest bedrooms or by a staircase leading up from the pool. Always awash with sunlight, it is the perfect place to catch a tan or catch up on your latest book.

Contemporary and classic, the main master bedroom is luxuriously appointed and offers all guests sumptuous comfort and panoramic sea views. The 2nd Master Suite has panoramic views and is awash with comfort and serenity. Tastefully decorated and appointed, this suite is ideal to relax and unwind in. The 3rd bedroom suite is a sanctuary for relaxation and privacy and includes a massage bed which is perfect for in house massage treatments. The 4th bedroom suite offers beautiful views of the bay and the warm waters of the Andaman and also offers access to the sundeck and pool deck. The lower level guest suite is beautifully appointed and includes both terrace access and access to the garden. It features a separate lounging area and a book library with Bang & Olufsen sound system and entertainment setup complete with flat screen TV, Blu Ray player and a separate single bed.

The study and TV room offers a tranquil respite from the rest of the villa. The BOSE sound system and large television are perfect for watching the latest films and also offers an iPod dock so you may pipe your favourite music through the villa's common areas. The built in desk with lamp is ideal for connecting your laptop should you wish to stay in touch via the internet utilizing the Wi-fi that is available throughout. The comfortable sofa opens up to become an extra bed if so required.

The gourmet kitchen area is ideal for savoring the tastes of Thailand with dishes specially prepared by the in-house chef. A comfortable breakfast and informal dining area with picturesque views completes a perfect picture.

Check in time is 3.00 pm and check out prior to midday. No pets are allowed and there is no smoking inside the villa. A security deposit of $2,500 USD is required.
