How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.
About Kathu
The central location of Kathu means the west coast beaches are just as easily reached as the Phuket Town area, with shopping, schools and hospitals. Golf courses are a main feature here and the slow pace of life is continued with waterfalls and a peaceful reservoir, which is great to walk around or have a picnic by. A range of tourist activities are ideal for kids, such as elephant trekking, cable waterskiing and karting.

This three bedroom pool villa sits in a quiet, green area of Kathu near Kathu Waterfall. This gives you outstanding access to the beaches of the west coast and the golfing, shopping, and other facilities of Eastern Phuket. In fact, holiday rental comes with special rates on golfing at Loch Palm and Red Mountain Golf Clubs.
The open plan living area has a full Western kitchen with ample storage and built-in stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, hood, and ceramic hob. The dining area sits adjacent and seats six. The lounge has lovely, Thai-style furniture and a pool table.
The bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms, one with a large soaking tub. Two bedrooms have double four-poster beds. The third has two single beds. The decorations are casual and elegant with a Thai twist.
The swimming pool sits on a private, wide terrace in a landscaped garden.
Holiday rental includes linen, daily maid service, gardening, pool cleaning, cable TV, Wi-Fi internet, water, and electricity. Minimum stay is 2 nights.
