How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.
About Karon
Karon Beach is situated south of Patong on the west coast of Phuket. This is one of Phuket's most picturesque and longest beaches that benefits from mountainous sand dunes and a sprinkling of casuarinas and palm trees. Karon Beach is infamous for its violent riptides during the months of May-October, so one should be wary and keep a lookout for the red flags. Surrounding Karon Beach are many restaurants, markets and bars you can take advantage of when visiting.

This four bedroom, four bathroom hillside villa is set on the northern side of Karon, giving it a peaceful atmosphere but with great access to restaurants, beaches, and more.
The main floor has a spacious open plan living/dining area with spectacular sea views and a dining table. There is a plasma TV, cable channels, DVD and CD player and sound system. The modern European kitchen has an oven, 4-ring stove, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and breakfast bar.
Second Floor holds three bedrooms and an additional living area, making this villa ideal for groups of friends to share. The master bedroom has a king size bed with views of the jungle and ocean and its en suite bathroom has an large indoor/outdoor feel terrace with a 2 person bath tub, shower area, and WC. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Both have ensuite bathrooms.
Ground floor is self-contained (with its own kitchenette) making it ideal for two families to be separate and private. There is a separate living area on the ground floor, and one more bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a king size bed. The second living area has a pull-out queen size sofa bed. It also has a TV, DVD player, play station. This area can be made into another bedroom with ocean and jungle views. There is a small kitchenette, including fridge, kettle, and toaster.
The rooftop terrace is fully decked with sun loungers and has an infinity edge pool with Jacuzzi jets. There is a barbeque up on the rooftop, an ideal spot to sit and watch the sunset while sipping your favourite drink.
Included are weekly maid service, cable TV, Wi-Fi, water, electricity, washing machine, and dishwasher. An extra bed is available for 500 THB/night.
