How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.
About Bang Tao
This wide-open stretch of sand is one of Phuket's largest beaches. This former tin mining region has been transformed into luxurious beachside destination for tourists with its high-end properties, a world-class golf course and numerous five-star resorts. The beach itself is one of the busier on the northwest side of the island, but still relatively peaceful when compared to Patong and Karon Beaches. The Laguna Complex also shares this strip of white sand, which is an exclusive residential and beachside resort.

This two-bedroom villa (320 sqm) is located luxury 5* hotel style villa resort on the north-west coast of Phuket, just 800 meters from Bang Tao beach.
The spacious open plan living and dining area is furnished with a sofa, flat screen satellite TV and DVD. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
The European style kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Cookware set including pots, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery are available.
Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes, wooden floors, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom is fitted with a Jacuzzi bathtub, and the second bathroom features an expanded bathtub suitable for bathing babies.
The master bedroom and lounge open onto the terrace, with a 35 sqm private swimming pool with a step-down access, great for relaxing with family. The manicured garden also hosts an outdoor shower. The roof top lounge has a sala with a BBQ and cooking area.
Great care has been taking in details ensuring your comfortable stay, including covered doorways to protect from rain showers and lighting in bedrooms and bathrooms to allow for a comfortable reading environment. It is finished with granite, natural stone, wood and high-end fixtures and fittings. The villa also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The resort features a luxury spa, fitness center, restaurant/café, room service, limousine transportation, a 24 hour security, and a beach club at Bangtao Beach.
Services include an official welcome with fruits and drinks upon arrival, tea and coffee, concierge service, bath amenities, hairdryer, and safety box. There is a twice a week maid service, towels and linen changing service.
Services available at an extra charge include airport transfer, sun loungers with umbrellas, drinks and meals at the beach, breakfast, baby-sitting, grocery delivery and shopping services, spa, fitness center, onsite restaurant, taxi, tours, and car and yacht rental.
The resort is located 10 minutes from the Banyan Tree and Laguna golfing, and 30 minutes from Patong Beach and the airport. Local shops, Tesco Lotus, and restaurants are within walking distance.
