How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.
About Rawai
Situated at the southernmost tip of the island, Rawai Beach is the home of the famous sea gypsies and some of the finest seafood restaurants on the island. The surrounding ocean and islands are great for snorkeling, fishing, boat tours and diving, the beach itself is not suitable for swimming due to its being tidal. However Naiharn beach one of best on the island is within 3 km of Rawai Beach road. Rawai has many great bars and spectacular views of the outlaying islands.

The three bedroom, two bathroom pool villa is located near Soi King Suksan 4 at Rawai, just a few minutes away from the pier in Chalong, numerous shopping centers, restaurants, beaches of Rawai and Nai Harn.
Total area land area is 327 sqm with a build-up of 107 sqm arrayed in the shape of an angle "L" around a private pool. It has a covered individual parking for two cars with automatic gate with remote control.
The villa is the embodiment of minimalist architectural style and is designed for an easy and free life. Particular attention is paid to the selection of high-quality construction and finishing materials for long life in a tropical climate. The walls are light-colored and the foundation is polished concrete. High walls and fences guarantee absolute privacy and tropical plants in a small garden greatly enliven the exterior. Pool size of 3 x 9m, equipped with internal lighting and seating area, fit perfectly into the style of architecture. A six meter tall waterfall length enhances the surroundings.
The master bedroom (22 sqm), with a private bathroom, is located in front of the villa. The second (15 sqm) and a third (14 sq.m.) bedrooms are at the back of the villa. They have a shared bathroom.
The full Western kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, etc.) is located in front of the living room and a dining island. The remaining space is reserved for the living room (44 sqm) and a lounge area, where, fully stretching back to the wall, sliding doors lead to the terrace and private swimming pool. The high ceilings visually enhance the space and add coolness.
Rawai is a very popular and safe place, whether for holiday or permanent residence. It has all the necessary infrastructure for life (shopping centers, restaurants, day care), and, at the same time, is in atmosphere of calm and serenity, just a few minutes’ drive are gorgeous tropical beaches (10-15 minutes’ drive to Nai Harn).
The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary equipment for a living.
Weekly maid service, pool service, and gardening is included, as is cable TV and internet. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit. A two-bedroom option is available, which decreases the price by 1,000 THB/day.
