How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.
About Kamala
This two kilometre long stretch of sand is situated on the west coast, south of Surin and north of Patong. This is another relatively peaceful beach when compared to the major tourist laden beaches. Here you can enjoy a secluded afternoon sunbathing or relaxing in the nearby restaurants that offer great sea-views.

This villa is ideally located within the village of Kamala on Phuket's west coast and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach.
It is a very contemporary villa within a small gated community of just 6. Entry to the villa is along a raised wooden deck and directly into the bright living room, thanks to a wall of tinted glass sliding doors. This open-plan area is split-level with the living section in the lower level, complete with an L-shaped black leather sofa facing a flat-screen TV.
The dining section is separated by a glass balustrade and stairs and is furnished with a white-topped dining table and six black leather chairs. To one side is a high-gloss black cabinet.
Sliding glass doors to the rear allow in plenty of light and give access to the private plunge pool and surrounding decks.
The kitchen is to the right of the dining room, and has a serving hatch for convenience. It is fully-fitted with ample cabinets and cupboards, plus a four-ring gas hob with extractor hood above and a tall fridge/freezer. There is also a breakfast bar with additional storage below and stools.
The first guest bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen and has a dual access en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a white leather day bed, and double fitted wardrobes. There are three sets of floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which not only give plenty of natural light, but also allow access directly to the plunge pool and the rear deck.
The second guest bedroom is to the left of the dining area and is a duplicate of the first, with the exception of the day bed, as this room has a white chair and footstool. It too has an en-suite bathroom.
The master bedroom is at the front of the villa and has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and a freestanding vanity unit and storage cupboard in high-gloss white. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with modern sanitary ware and a free-standing glass paneled shower which has a sliding door to the exterior for natural air-flow.
The villa is adjacent to a condominium complex built and owned by the same developers, and access to their facilities such as large lap pool, fully-equipped gym and restaurant are made available to villa owners.
Kamala is approximately 40 minutes from Phuket International Airport and just fifteen minutes by car from the bustling nightlife and shopping on offer in Patong.
Twice weekly maid service is included. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included. Smoking is allowed in outside areas only. Electricity is charged at 10 THB/unit and water is 15 THB/unit.
