The property, which offers absolute privacy to occupants, is entered through an impressive portico with a huge carved wooden door. Once inside the garden it is immediately noticeable that this is an oasis of tranquility.

The pool is 5x12 metres and is 1.8metres at the deepest point, there is an integral Jacuzzi for relaxing and adjacent sala provides shade from the sun.

The house comprises a large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with maid’s room and laundry room. The living room is furnished with two 3-seater sofas and two further armchairs, topped off with a 55 inch Samsung 3D LED TV. The dining room will comfortably accommodate 8 people.

Outside the dining room, on the patio is a further 8-place table under the shade of a huge sun-umbrella. The sala has two 4-seater sofas and a large coffee table.

There are 4 bedrooms; all are air conditioned and have a ceiling fan. The master bedroom features an adjacent dressing room and separate bathroom, king-sized 4-poster bed, 46 inch Samsung LEDTV, fridge, and sliding doors that open onto the pool. The centerpiece of the master bathroom is a 2metre freestanding terrazzo bath imported especially from Bali.

The guest suite has indoor and outdoor bathrooms, a king-sized bed, 32 inch Samsung LED TV, fridge, and sliding doors that open onto the pool.

The garden villa guest suite comprises a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 32 inch Samsung LED TV, and fridge. The en-suite bathroom features an over-sized shower and large bath. There is a sitting room with views across the garden and swimming pool. Doors open onto the garden and pool.

The twin bed room, ideal for two children, lies adjacent to the master bedroom and guest bedroom, with twin beds, 32inch Samsung TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower. Sliding doors open onto the pool area.

The huge kitchen is fully equipped with all accessories installed and provided.

The gym is fully equipped with a Life Fitness X8 Elliptical Cross Trainer. Life Fitness G7 Home Gym, Dumbell Set from 2kg to 20kg, 6 kg Medicine Ball, Exercise Balls, 32inch Samsung TV, and a CD music system compatible with iPod/iPhone

An extremely comprehensive Sonos music system provides music (from a networked hard drive) and worldwide radio to each room, which is independently controllable through an iPod/iPhone system and has a dock facility to allow guests to play music from their own iPods.
