The house is in kamala town and 5 minutes from the village which has restaurants, bars and good shops. We are located at the millionaires' mile and there are 7 houses in the development all valued at US$ 10 million plus. Security is excellent with electronic surveillance and guards.

Children are very welcome but if small need continuous supervision because of the large pool and some areas of the house where they could climb over or fall off staircases, the house is, after all, built on a rock point. Baby bed and even baby chairs for the car and the house can be arranged as well as good baby/small kid nanny.

For the fishermen among you, the yacth is fitted with a full compliment of fishing equipment, Outriggers, Rod Holders, Fighting Chair and full navigational equipment as well as safety gear. There are many added extra luxuries such as full interior air-conditioning, aft deck awning for added shade, TV and DVD, Stereo with surround sound (foredeck and flybridge speakers etc.).

For those who prefer diving, the owner offers a dive compressor and bottles but you will need to bring your own diving gear (mask, B.C.D., fins, belt, computer, etc.) as these are specific to each diver.

Day tours with lunch are available for Krabi, Phang Nga Bay, James Bond Island and Koh Racha, Phi Phi or destinations in between.

The cabins sleep 6 people (2 doubles, 2 bunk beds) and have custom soft furnishings, the master cabin to starboard, with its own en-suite. The flybridge is the place to be when underway with plenty of seating, fridge, sink and helm position aft which also provides excellent visibility.
