There master bedroom is ensuite and all bedrooms are very generous in sizes. There is an open plan living and dining area, with aluminium folding doors opening up to the infinity pool and extending the living space.

Bedrooms have beautifully finished hard wood floors, large closets and the master bedroom is ensuite complete with a large bathtub. Bathrooms, 3 in total, have modern chrome fixtures and granite counters; very contemporary.

The living room has white ceramic tiles and borders on minimalist and the dining room seats 6. A western kitchen has an oven, range, granite counters and plenty of windows allowing for natural light. Granite counters are plentiful.

Security is of the utmost importance and there is CCTV and a security gate; a 6 metre wide road leads you to your villa. Additional first class facilities include a private gym, extensive landscaping and underground wiring.

The house is also, of course, air conditioned throughout should you prefer a cooler indoor climate. All a/c units are discreetly installed on the roof so they can not been or heard.

Environmentally conscious, there is a secured water supply for each, an underground water tank, holing up to 180 cubic metres and rain water is collected from the roof.
