Positioned slightly up a hill in Rawai, the project boasts that even from the ground level, the apartments will all have sea views. While it does have these views, it is also set a little back from the busy main drag and amongst some quite tranquil tropical surrounds, giving it the best of both worlds.

Being a small project, the designers have been able to include many quality finishes using materials such as teak and other popular hard woods. Each unit will have either one or two space garages and a lovely private garden to the rear of the property.

Up on top of the main building is a common yet private swimming pool and each unit will have a private access route. This area can be used for just a quick dip, lazing the days away or entertaining a bunch of friends.

The units range from two to four bedrooms, several having private en-suite bathrooms as well as a well appointed common bathroom. A western kitchen sits adjacent to the living and dining areas that opens up to the private balconies.

All units are of course air conditioned as you would expect.

Utilities include satellite tv, telephone line, broadband internet connection, water heating among others.
