The main house has been opened up to create a large living area on the ground floor with a lounge, dining area and Western kitchen. There is also the first master bedroom and one bathroom on this floor. Decorated throughout in elegant, muted tones the house has been beautifully decorated. Wooden floors in the living areas and bedrooms add a real touch of quality. All windows are tinted, keeping the house cool and with the external pillars, creates a grand looking property.

There are three bedrooms, two double and one single, and two bathrooms on the second floor. The second master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the garden and pool area. A forth room is currently used as a study, but could be used as a fifth bedroom if needed. The main bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower cabin. Bathrooms have been completely redone in either tile or a polished concrete finish. There is an outdoor laundry area with a washing machine.

There are shaded terraces to the front of the house, ideal for sitting and relaxing, while the kids play in the pool and garden. The large car port and driveway have enough parking space for three to four cars.

Dogs and cats are permitted in the property. For rental terms of 3-6 months, all services are included. For a 12 month contract the following are included in the rental price: bed linen, towels, gardener, pool cleaner, cable TV and 7MB internet connection at THB 590. If tenants would like to upgrade the internet, they are required to pay the extra charge.
