Inside, the living area has a rustic feel, with wooden clad walls and dark red floor tiling, lemon yellow paint and kitchen tiles add a bright touch. The wooden ceiling is an interesting design detail and has in-built spotlights. The bedrooms are kept simple, in neutral tones with quality built in wooden wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a useful storage room.

The owner will allow cats in the property. Tenants will need their own TV and fridge, as these will not be provided.

The location in Bang Jo means you are not far from Bang Tao and Surin beaches. There are a range of shops and restaurants in the area and to the east is the main road which leads to Phuket Town.
