The villas are designed in a U-shape ensuring privacy for all residents. A double car port to the side has access to the storeroom and directly into the kitchen, while the main entrance is very attractive with ponds on either side. The villas are finished to the highest standards, with elegant, modern Asian decor.

The open plan living area stretches along the front of the property, with the master bedroom at one end and the second and third bedrooms at the other. The master and second bedrooms are entered via the dressing room, ensuring privacy from the main living area. These rooms are spacious and surround the swimming pool and deck area, providing pleasant views.

The living area has a dining area for six, a modern western kitchen and comfortable lounge. There is access to the poolside terrace and idyllic pool views from this main area. The wooden cathedral ceiling follows the shape of the Thai style roof and adds a sense of luxury and warmth.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, are spacious and have gorgeous hardwood flooring. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom and the second bedroom also has a large bathtub, windows open onto the bedroom allowing in light and a nice view when bathing. The first two bedrooms have direct access to the pool. The pool area has a Thai style sala providing a shaded sitting area and an outdoor shower.

Layan Beach is located only 4 km away, a peaceful and beautiful well keot secret. There is easy access to world-class golf courses, spas and restaurants. This area is near the airport and less than 20 minutes away from international hospitals and schools.

A security deposit of THB 50,000 is required. Rental prices are for a minimum of six months, between May and October at THB 90,000 per month, between November and April at THB 110,000 per month. For a 12 month contract the discounted rate of THB 80,000 per month will apply.
