Long Term Rental Property

The property is laid out in three separate buildings in a U-shape around the swimming pool. Tropical plants and palms line the perimeter and complement the lagoon-like green pool with built in jacuzzi, the garden is an oasis of calm. A covered terrace provides the option of sunbathing out in the open or sitting in the shade.

The long living area is set behind the shaded terrace, with the lounge at one end, kitchen at the other and dining area in the centre. Full length windows and glass doors, as well as the high ceilings ensure the space is bright and cool.

There are two double bedrooms in the building opposite the living area and the third is in the building at the far end of the pool. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers and bathtubs. Each room is finished in an elegant Asian style with direct access to the pool. There is also a maids room with WC, storage room and laundry room with washing machine.

Set back from the road to Nai Harn, at the foot of the lush green mountains, the tranquility and views are best appreciated from the roof terrace. The surrounding area provides everything the entire family could need. From shops to restaurants, play areas to the beach and activities for all ages.
