The entire villa is very spacious and well thought out, the kitchen is compact and well designed, the dining room is large with space for other functions. A terrace at the side provides a shaded sitting area, the pool is to the back. Sliding glass doors open onto the terraces from all rooms. Next is the lounge, which is separate and very comfortable, again well sized.

The bedrooms are at the other end of the house, both with en-suite bathrooms. Large wardrobes provide plenty of storage space. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi corner tub. Just a few minutes away are both Rawai and Nai Harn beaches, the villa makes a great tropical home. Many restaurants and shopping venues are in the area.

3 months = THB 85,000 per month (low season), THB 100,000 (high season)

6 months = THB 75,000 per month

12 months = THB 65,000 per month (Pay Upfront)

Included in the rental price are bed linen, towels, maid service twice weekly, laundry (bed linen only), gardener and pool cleaner every two weeks, internet and water.
