The pool runs through the centre of the property and is shaded from the sun, ideal for a refreshing, cooling dip. The spacious living area has a full kitchen with breakfast bar and comfortable lounge. The bathrooms are expansive with a bathtub and separate rain showers with picture windows to give an outdoor feel. The bedrooms have modern dark wood furniture, four poster or regular beds and follow the minimalist theme seen throughout the property.

The nearby Laguna complex has given the area a very good reputation with top class restaurants and spas. This villa development matches in style and accommodation, but has a more intimate feel. The area has some of the best beaches on the island and a luxurious, relaxed ambience. Close to the airport, golf courses and a range of activities.

Rental rates include pool cleaner, gardener and internet. Each villa has complimentary seasonal fruits and snacks on arrival and there is a free shuttle bus to Layan beach, Laguna and Big C supermarket. Electricity is charged at THB 7 per unit used.
