About Patong
Patong is Phuket's number one tourist destination and you will notice this when visiting the beach or Bangla Road with its thousands of bars and vivid night life. During the high season months (November to April), the beach can become very chaotic, but its unquestionable character keeps tourists coming back for more. Patong Beach is one of the longest beaches on the island but also one of the most developed. This is a great thing if you feel like a coffee from Starbucks or a Big Mac, because all the major fast food outlets are positioned along its beach road.

The owner has two apartments for rent, for a minimum of one month. Both are on the ground floor, right next to the first swimming pool, having the distinct advantage of being able to step out of the apartment and straight into the pool. The second swimming pool is on the roof, the building also has a gym.
This modern building is well designed, with a lot of thoughtful touches, such as the terrace and small garden area outside of the units, which give a separate space and a touch of colour. Each unit has two sun loungers for tenants to relax and enjoy the warm Phuket weather.
Inside, the apartments have an open living area with lounge, dining and kitchen. Well spaced to create a warm lounge area with wooden flooring, then a dining area for two and the kitchen fits into the corner with plenty of cupboard space, a stovetop, fridge and microwave. The bedroom also has wooden flooring, is spacious and sophisticated. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower.
