About Rawai
Situated at the southernmost tip of the island, Rawai Beach is the home of the famous sea gypsies and some of the finest seafood restaurants on the island. The surrounding ocean and islands are great for snorkeling, fishing, boat tours and diving, the beach itself is not suitable for swimming due to its being tidal. However Naiharn beach one of best on the island is within 3 km of Rawai Beach road. Rawai has many great bars and spectacular views of the outlaying islands.

This two-bedroom pool villa is in a great location—set in friendly Rawai with good access to plenty of restaurants and local shops.
The villa features an open plan with a tropical-casual feel. There is a lounge with a wall-mounted cable TV and the dining area seats 4. The U-shaped kitchen has a built-in hob and hood, microwave, refrigerator and ample storage. The floors are cool, light-colored tile.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and opens onto the terrace. The second bedroom is styled as an office in these pictures. Both have beautiful, high-gloss floors and great light.
The swimming pool sits on a concrete terrace and features wrap-around benches. The garden is well-kept and fully walled for privacy. There is also a carport and a washing machine undercover outside.
Rental is for a minimum of one month. Gardner, pool cleaner, and water are included. Cable TV and internet are charged separately. Electricity is charged at 6 THB/unit.
