This beautiful pool villa is located in the heart of Nai Harn, just a five-minute drive from the best beach in Phuket. It also enjoys great access to shopping and restaurants.

The villa has a modified open plan living area surrounded by sliding stained glass doors that filter the sunlight during the day and provide privacy at night. The U-shaped kitchen has a built-in hob and hood with a breakfast bar/pass-through that connects it to the dining area. The spacious lounge sits adjacent and has a fitted U-shaped sectional and a 55” flat screen cable TV. The house has sophisticated, rustic touches throughout: expansive brickwork, polished teak furniture in natural forms, and wood carvings on the railings. There is air-conditioning throughout.

It has two bedrooms, both with TVs and ensuite bathrooms with in-shower heaters, plus one guestroom near the pool and a guest bathroom. There are also two storage rooms. A large open balcony opens out on the upper level, and there is a covered terrace next to the pool.

The pool terrace (pool: 4m x 8m) and garden are quite large, and there are plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the pleasant tropical breezes.

It is very private and secure with CCTV. The carport holds two cars.

Long-term rental includes linen, cable TV, and 10MB Wi-Fi internet. Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit and water is charged at 500 THB/baht. Pool cleaning is 2,500 THB/month and gardening is 2,500THB/Month.
