The villa is surrounded by a covered veranda looking out on to landscaped gardens. There are two comfortable bedrooms upstairs - both with ensuite bathrooms and with views over Kata Bay. The architecture has a distinctly Thai flavour and the clubhouse swimming pool is just a gentle stroll away.

Villa A3:

Compact, yet light and airy, this chic furnished villa enjoys good views over Kata Bay and the tropical gardens surrounding the property. The downstairs area is delightfully laid out with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room and comfortable living area. There is a relaxed charm about this lovely villa. Upstairs there are two decent sized bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms.

A very popular choice of villa nestled deep among tall trees and gardens, this villa is homely, serene, comfortable, and comes with an open plan kitchen-living area. Upstairs there are two generous bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The clubhouse swimming pool is close by and it's a three minute walk to Kata Beach.



For those who enjoy a quieter pace than the Patong Beach area, Kata boasts a selection of excellent restaurants and funky shops all just a gentle stroll away. In other words, you are in it, but not of it. The location at Kata is a favourite with tourists, due to its nice and friendly atmosphere, beaches and a multitude of bars and restaurants.
