Located at the southern end of Patong in the lush green hills, the area is quiet and very peaceful. Rising high above the hustle and bustle below, the complex is an oasis of calm. Views of the surrounding mountains, over Patong and onto the sea can be appreciated from the apartment, swimming pool or roof terrace.

The lounge is on the lower level, spacious and bright with chunky wooden furniture. Comfortable and elegant with glass doors opening onto the curved balcony. The TV has a surround sound system and UBC satellite channels.

Steps lead up to the kitchen and dining area, featuring a bright pop of purple on the walls. The dining table is for five and has a lazy susan serving section. The kitchen has cream cabinets, black work surfaces and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with a washing machine.

Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and addition to the guest bathroom. The master bedroom is large with full length built in wardrobes.

Communal charges for security, gardening and pool cleaning are included in the rental price.
