About Kata
Kata Beach has to be one of the cosiest and idyllic beaches in Phuket. The beach is sheltered by tall palm trees and is great for snorkelling in the nearby coral reefs and observing the vast array of tropical marine life. This beach can get busy in the high season months over Christmas and New Year, but generally this is a nice beach to relax and unwind. There is also great surf at Kata Beach, where equipment can be hired from the shops adjoining the beach.

This four bedroom villa is actually a complex of three buildings surrounding the pool terrace and connected by covered breezeways. The main villa has a spacious open plan living area including a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The Western kitchen is fully equipped with built-in stainless steel refrigerator, hob, oven, and microwave. The cabinets provide ample storage and the glowing wood cabinetry is offset by the granite work surfaces. There is one kitchen island which houses the stove as well as a separate “breakfast bar.” The dining table seats 8. The lounge contains multiple rattan and white upholstered sofas and a flat screen TV and home theater. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the pool terrace and boast expansive views. The house is furnished in pleasing, neutral tones with the flooring downstairs and macca wood floors in the bedrooms.
The spacious master suite is set above the living area with a private balcony. The ensuite bathroom features a two-person tub, double vanities, and a separate shower area. The adjacent study shares the same great views as the rest of the suite and a walk-in wardrobe is tucked beside it. Two of the other bedrooms have private terraces and the second-storey bedroom has a balcony, all with sea views. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath. The bedrooms continue the peaceful, neutral color scheme.
The highlight of the villa is the spacious pool terrace with plenty of room for lounging. The infinity edge pool 11x5m with jacuzzi has a shallow children’s play area. The adjoining sala features a built-in table from which to admire the sunset. The outdoor lights are on a timer system.
In addition, the property features a guest toilet, a separate laundry room, a garage, and plenty of storage. The house also has a private alarm system.
