Long Term Rental Property

The apartment is fully equipped with king size bed, sofa beds in the living room, separate wc and shower. There are air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room. The European kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hob, extractor fan, water boiler, and is fully equipped for those long-time stayers. The living room has a TV with 25 satellite channels from all over the world. The internet connection is throughout the apartment and the entire resort via broadband Wifi.

Since a lot of our guests and friends are allergic to smoke we appreciate that you don't smoke in the apartment. The elevator is only a few meters from the apartment and on the ground floor there are plenty of spaces for cars and motorbikes.

Remember ... you have only 200 meters to one of Phukets absolutely finest beaches but if you still choose to stay in the resort you will have a lot of choices also here, such as:

Restaurant, coffeeshop and kid's club

The guest services desk is manned 24 hours a day, with a Resort Host on call to assist you with anything you may require. There is 24 hour security, taxi and shuttle service from and to the airport or wherever you desire.
