The villa is located between the districts: Nai Harn, Rawai and Chalong on Phuket Island in southern part and this place is just perfect for those who want a relaxing holiday, but also want near the beaches, shopping centers, bars and restaurants. You can visit the Nai Harn beach in 10-minute drive or shopping centers in Chalong in 5 minutes. Rawai Beach is in a 10-minute drive and here you will find many beach restaurants with seafood and ice-cold cocktails.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, king-size beds, air conditioners and access to the pool. All bathrooms have showers, toilets and washing facilities. The master bathroom also has a large bathtub.

The villa has two dining areas, one in the kitchen near the bar, and the second outside, under a covered sala where there is a table and chairs for 6 people. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen. It has a stove, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven, there is also a bar where you can enjoy breakfast.

The living area is an open plan, done in bright colors and has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, a large TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.

Holiday Rental includes 2x weekly cleaning, once weekly linen and towel service, once weekly pool cleaning, and internet and cable TV. Electricity and water are paid separately.
