This luxury house contains just about everything you could imagine, from a private gymnasium, external Jacuzzi, an 80sqm swimming pool and spa to superb features such as a massive tropical garden and vaulted ceilings within the bedrooms. The entire property is set within a total area of 1,000sqm, with 350sqm of that internally. Everything about this property seems to emanate from around the swimming pool, so wherever you seem to be positioned, you are poolside. The large tropical garden comprises of a huge lawn area, an 80sqm swimming pool and an external Jacuzzi surrounded by a perimeter wall that offers security and seclusion. Security is not such a big issue when you add estate and home security into the bargain too. There many areas around the pool for you to relax in or out of the sunrays, and I guarantee that is exactly what you want to do on holiday. There is also an enlarged terrace and Thai Sala with patio tables and chairs, which are perfect for dining al fresco.

This stunning abode owns 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a western kitchen, a lounge and a dining room. Wooden floors run through the entirety of this villa, excluding the kitchen, which is fitted with ceramic tiles floors. There is a fully fitted gymnasium and a spa on the premises too, because one’s body is a temple, and should be treated like one.

The open plan living space within this fully furnished house combines a lounge and a living room all into one, within a large and roomy area. The vaulted wooden ceilings add an element of class to the surroundings – or the proverbial cherry on top. The walls are laden with Thai art pieces, and the furniture is made from wood, covered with cream coloured cushions. There is a settee, a wooden coffee table, a dining table and an assortment of matching side tables. You can just sit back and admire the views out to the pool and garden while eating dinner or relaxing in the lounge.

The western kitchen is also filled to the brim with wooden cabinets and units, which offer copious amounts of storage space. I don’t enjoy cooking, but even I would be enthusiastic about food preparation in this area. There are many modern appliances for you to use, such as a stovetop, grill, extractor fan, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a host of dishware and cutlery.

The 4 bedrooms all offer en-suite bathrooms, beds, wardrobes and expansive vaulted ceiling, alongside high windows that open up to the poolside.

The location of Laguna is a highly desirable one, and is within close proximity to golf courses, beaches, restaurants, bars and International schools. Phuket International Airport is also only a 10-minute drive away. Laguna is a peaceful and tranquil destination that still has more than enough amenities to keep you amused during your holiday time.

- November - December: USD 800/day (USD 1100/day for Christmas week)

- January - February: USD 850/day with promotion “pay 6 get 7 days” (except Chinese New Year week)

- April to July: USD 650/day, promotion “pay 6 get 7 days”
