These villas were designed by a leading Thai architect, under guidance from an experienced European property developer and designer. The villas were built on a west-facing gentle slope, a mile inland from Kata Beach. This allows for magnificent sunset views over the sea, through the tops of coconut trees from the terrace and infinity pool. The villa has its own private rooftop infinity pool and sundeck. The special filtration equipment provides crystal-clear water and the pool’s powerful Jacuzzi-style water jets are positioned to allow you to view the sunset while savouring that exotic cocktail. Towels, beach towels, and luxury towelling robes are supplied and laundered during your stay.

Upstairs the large, open-plan living areas look out onto the terrace and pool. In addition to a spacious lounge, there is a large formal dining area with a ten-seat bamboo dining table; four bar stools are also available at the breakfast bar. The fully-fitted European kitchen comes fitted with black granite worktops.

The master bedroom has a magnificent Emperor-sized, bamboo, four-poster beds. The master-bedroom en-suite comes equipped with twin basins set in black granite, a walk-in shower and a 2 person Jacuzzi bath – ideal for relaxing in after a hard day sunbathing or exploring.

For your comfort, air conditioning and ceiling fans are available in all rooms. The villa is fitted out with a wide range of entertainment equipment.

The living and dining areas are spacious and airy, giving magnificent views westwards to the Andaman Sea.

The four, magnificently-decorated double bedrooms in the Villas have full-height patio doors leading onto a small terrace and garden area. You will find exotic toiletries, fresh towels, and hairdryers in the en-suite bathrooms adjoining each bedroom.

In the master bedrooms are magnificent Emperor-sized, bamboos, four-poster beds. Each master-bedroom en-suite comes equipped with twin basins set in black granite, a walk-in shower and a large 2 person Jacuzzi bath – ideal for relaxing in after a hard day sunbathing or exploring. The master bedroom of the villa also includes a treadmill.

The property also has its own private rooftop infinity pool and children’s paddling pool on the sundeck. The villas are on a gentle west facing hill above gorgeous Kata Beach. All bedrooms have air-conditioning & fans and their own private terrace.

The master bedrooms have four poster beds, very large bathrooms with walk-in showers, large double JACUZZI bath & twin wash hand basins set in a black marble worktop.

On the first floor there are magnificent sun terraces with west facing infinity pools Jacuzzis, this opens from the luxurious lounge which seats 8 & has a 48 inch flat screen TV, DVD player & CD player, satellite television.

Phuket Island is rightly described as offering the best holiday in Thailand. There are fabulous beaches, beautiful scenery, a great night life with fantastic restaurants, wonderful golf courses and a friendly and helpful local population. Rumour has it that the Thai government is working towards making Phuket a duty-free area to rival Singapore for shopping and the infrastructure is being improved every year.

Many believe that Kata Beach is the best beach on Phuket with its fine golden sands. Ideal for snorkelling, swimming, water-skiing, Para-gliding from November to April and then great surfing for May to October. There are plenty of restaurants of all types on the edge of the beach with the Boathouse Wine and Grill being one of the best.
