This four-bedroom, five-bathroom villa is newly built and located in a peaceful area of Cherngtalay, away from the tourist hubbub.

The open plan living area includes designer Western kitchen with gloss white cabinetry with wood accents and white marble work surfaces. Built-in, stainless steel appliances include a gas stovetop with hood, oven, microwave, and large-capacity refrigerator. The island design ensures plenty of room for food preparation and just hanging out. The adjoining dining area seats 8. The lounge features rattan and white upholstered seating and a wall-mounted TV. Large glass doors open onto the pool terrace.

The bedrooms all have ensuite baths, small seating areas and built-in or walk-in closets. The bathrooms feature modern fixtures and glass-enclosed showers. One of the bedrooms has two single beds. Another bedroom sits in a poolside “guest suite,” providing additional privacy and space.

The house is air-conditioned throughout and also has ceiling fans.

Linen, gardening, pool cleaning, cable TV, and internet are provided. Maid service is 600 THB/visit. Other utilities are charged separately. One-month contracts are available only Dec-Mar for 150,000 THB/month.
