About Rawai
Situated at the southernmost tip of the island, Rawai Beach is the home of the famous sea gypsies and some of the finest seafood restaurants on the island. The surrounding ocean and islands are great for snorkeling, fishing, boat tours and diving, the beach itself is not suitable for swimming due to its being tidal. However Naiharn beach one of best on the island is within 3 km of Rawai Beach road. Rawai has many great bars and spectacular views of the outlaying islands.

This three bedroom, two bathroom pool villa is great for people looking to holiday in Phuket or to use as a base for relocating. It is located away from the main road and is green and quiet.
There is an open plan living area with a lounge and dining for 6. The full Western has its own area and is arrayed in an L-shaped with dark wood cabinets and black marble countertops. It has a built-in hob, hood, oven, full-sized refrigerator, and plenty of storage space. There is RO filtered drinking water.
The lounge opens onto the pool terrace (swimming pool 8 x 3m), which is landscaped with mature trees and includes a sala.
There are three bedrooms in total. The master suite has a sitting area and an ensuite bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a sofa-bed and works well as an office. All bedrooms have built-in or walk-in closets, air-conditioning, and fans. There are two bathrooms total.
In addition, there is a dedicated laundry room/utility room and a carport. A red Honda Click is available for rental for 4500 THB/month or 150/day.
Long-term Rental includes linen, once weekly cleaning and pool cleaning, gardening, cable TV, internet, and water.
Children above the age of 10 are welcome. Rental contracts are 1- to a maximum of 3-months.
